While it may not be true that Karina's mother was teaching her how to negotiate instead of reading her nursery rhymes, real estate was a significant part of her upbringing. Her mother, father, sister, two brothers and uncle have all been licensed Realtors! She learned her lessons well. Beginning her career in 1992, Karina achieved a sales volume of over $1 million in the first nine months in the business and has appeared on the leader board consistently ever since.
Karina attributes her success to not only being knowledgeable in the technical aspects of her profession but also having had many personal experiences in the markets she represents. As a Libertyville/Lake County resident since 1972 and currently raising her own family there, she is knowledgeable about the schools/daycare systems and the many resources and services the area has to offer.
Being sensitive to the stress that sometimes accompanies buying or selling a home, Karina strives to not only find just the right property for a buyer, but also to find just the right buyers for the seller of a home. She believes strongly in keeping her clients informed continuously of market conditions and activity. "We're in this together and it's important to me that my clients feel that connection."
